很久没来了 一上来 就是伤感

06年有机会来广州,刚下飞机感受到了南方的热度,感觉不是很陌生,可能是气候的原因吧,这里还是绿色

下午到达广州白云机场

直接到到达公司,酒店就在公司总部的旁边 很方便

这次过来的大概有60多人分别是来自全国各地的战友

当我们到达总部的时候就看到楼上挂着条幅:

“热烈欢迎各地战友回家”

当晚在酒店,总部的领导会见了我们这些战友,有一个简单的晚宴.

8:00  大家一起在餐厅吃早餐

鸡蛋 包子 米粥差异不大到是丰盛

8:40 公司总部培训室

各个分公司的战友在一起学习

感受到一点是 在南方确实是很注重能力

比如说 可能你在大学里老师的上课讲的东西有些你会觉得不符合实际 在北方没有那么较真的 可是在这里你会觉得大家都很认真 会按照程序来做

上午大部分时间是总经理在讲企业文化经营理念 使我欣慰的是 老总很注重设计 从公司的标志 到形象用语 到企业的发展

上午有一位给我留下深刻印象甚是精彩

 12:00 公司餐厅

公司还是满照顾我们的八菜一汤的待遇

看的最多的就是昨晚没怎么吃饭的今天吃的比我都多

13:30公司培训室

还是学习 其实人生中总是不断在学习

因为你是要提升自己的价值

在上午 总经理将到公司对人才的理念是

尊重个人价值 共享企业文化

确实能看到这一点看到总部这边大家都做的很开心也很卖力

下午大家一起参观了展厅

17:30 广州珠江

大家准时集合夜游珠江

不凑巧的是 白天相机用的频繁没有及时充电

没留下 那晚的夜色

不过也不觉得可惜还是会觉得大连会好一点 喜欢那种冷的气候

晚上大家 在船上互相拍照 吃着食物

自己一个人过来的是有些感觉冷了点

这个时候的广州就像大连的夏末

晚上回到宾馆 已是十点多钟

因为住在白云区在新飞机场旁边

到市区大概就要40分钟

 

第二天 还是昨天同样的时间

晚上 大家在酒店吃了告别宴

因为为期两天的培训课程就结束了

之后 大家一起去了市区的

天河城购物

看了半天我也搞不清什么是特产了

就买了点食品

大家一起的行程就告一段落

接下来 就是我自己行动了

 

体验

今天还是照例 早起跟总部的同事 去上班

一大早 公司的电话就是响个不停我刚好在最忙的一个部门旁边

能听到 粤语 国语都在说

周一 可能处理的事情会多一些

 

还好有个临时的办公室给我

这里也有一大堆资料等我在看 要不在这里也会闲死

下午 在去广州的公司正好也是第一天讲课给我留下深刻印象的那位陈总

在他公司展厅里给我们介绍的时候讲的都是设计

我知道他不是设计专业的但讲的不是外行

在这里 我看到了公司给员工规划的职业生涯让每个员工看到自己的未来

将来会是一个什么样子做的好就往前上

吃饭

人是铁,饭是钢.到哪都得吃饭.

广州人到是很讲究,茶的第一杯是用来洗餐具的,每顿饭都会有汤,前两天是大家一起吃饭感觉差异不是很大,因为公司安排的,这次过来有全国各地的同事所以口味不是很单一.

大家一起吃饭的时候都是有一些广州菜,服务员报的名字一句没听懂,就记得每次都会上同样的汤,然后会上一种青菜茎很粗.

这两天大家都走了,剩下我在这边,拿了菜谱后我不知道点什么吃,菜都是很多,可是我都不知道是什么,索性可便宜的来吧.

也到是水土不服啊,今天就吃坏肚子了.-_-!
